TCI employs Board Certified Behavior Analysts (www.bacb.com) who are highly trained educators and professionals who work in expert teams to improve the lives of children with special education needs and their families.

We work in classroom settings alongside with different schools, and we provide home and community based services as well as after school programs. All teachers have undergraduate degrees (usually in education or psychology) and receive formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About 26% of our staff are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BACB, Inc.) or are in the process of becoming certified (Feb 2021).
