TCI employs Board Certified Behavior Analysts (www.bacb.com) who are highly trained educators and professionals who work in expert teams to improve the lives of children with special education needs and their families.
We work in classroom settings alongside The Harbour School, and we provide home and community based services as well as after school programs. All teachers have undergraduate degrees (usually in education or psychology) and receive formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis through our Verified Course Sequence as well as on the job training.
About 26% of our staff are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BACB, Inc.) or are in the process of becoming certified (Feb 2021).
If you are receptive to training and supervision by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and are interested in joining our team and committed to unlocking the best in students who are neurodiverse as well as yourself, then send a cover letter and curriculum vitae to Info@tcihk.org.
