We work in classroom settings alongside different schools, and we provide home and community-based services as well as after-school programs. All teachers have undergraduate degrees (usually in education or psychology) and receive formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About 26% of our staff are Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BACB, Inc.) or are in the process of becoming certified (Feb 2021).

1 /ABA Practitioner / Learning Intervention Specialist
This position provides you with experience in working directly with SEN students either one-to-one, two-to-one, or in a small group setting. Supported by board-certified supervisors, you will implement individualized educational plans that provide behavioural, social, and/or academic goals for each student. ​

2 Case Supervisors
We are hiring Case Supervisors. This position provides you with the opportunity to lead a team of professionals supporting students with special educational needs in one-to-one, small group, or classroom settings. Supported by a collaborative team and equipped with professional development opportunities, you will assess student needs, implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and design behavioral, social, and academic strategies to improve the quality of life for each student.
