

Dr. Jeremy H. Greenberg has joined The Children’s Institute of Hong Kong recently as Director and Board of Directors member. In his previous position, he served as Educational Coordinator at the Manhattan Children’s Center in New York where he has retained his role on the faculty advisory committee.
Throughout his work in the field, Dr. Greenberg has worked as a special educator, supervisor, administrator, and behavior analyst where he has effectively and efficiently provided teacher training and consultation to both public and private schools in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Greenberg’s professional certifications include Board Certified Behavior Analyst, New York State Education Department Permanent Special Education, School District Administrator, and Supervisor and Administrator of Schools. Dr. Greenberg earned three Masters’ degrees in special education and his doctorate in Special Education Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College Columbia University after earning a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology.
The Crisis Prevention Institute certifies Dr. Greenberg in the application of nonviolent interventions. He presents annually at the International Association for Behavior Analysis Convention where he has been a member since 1993, and has publications in professional journals in his field. Dr. Greenberg’s research areas of interest include verbal behavior, teacher training, cost benefit analysis, and systems management of behavior analysis applied to schools.
Ming is the Supervisor of the Children’s Institute of Hong Kong. She is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst® (BCABA®) which certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. (BACB®). Ming graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in Dalhousie University, Canada, and she got a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis for Special Education from Pennsylvania State University in USA.
Ming is studying toward her Masters of Education degree to increase her knowledge in special education and to improve her skills in this field. She is enthusiastic to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and sees doing ABA and working with children as her lifetime career. Ms. Tang is certified in First Aid treatment and CPR.
Ming supervises and trains the teaching staff.
She consults with staff regarding behavioral and teaching strategies that are ABA based and writes/updates the academic and behavioral programs of the students according to their current skills and needs.
Samantha is a head teacher at TCI. She held a Master Degree in Education and graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA), Norwich, England. Samantha loves working with children and had some experiences in teaching mainstream classrooms as well as individualized one-on-one instruction using ABA. She manages a classroom with other teachers and students and is a leader of group activities. She works closely with The Harbour School teachers towards to inclusion of TCI students.
Tracy Yip has completed her B.A. (Hons) in Psychology at McMaster University in Canada. Miss Yip has obtained her Postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science and has gained valuable supervised experience working with young children as an Intensive Behaviour Therapist in Toronto, Canada. In 2009, Miss Yip returned to Hong Kong and is now part of the TCI family working as the Head Teacher. Miss Yip is currently studying for her Masters in Psychology of Education and is in the process of completed her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.
Rebecca is a certified Speech and Language Pathologist who practiced in the United States for six years before moving to Hong Kong. Rebecca has extensive experience assessing and treating children with speech and language delays and disorders including the areas of articulation, fluency, and voice. She has treated children with Apraxia of Speech, Down's Syndrome, Autism, Auditory Processing Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Hearing Impairments. Rebecca provides therapy for children with expressive and receptive language difficulties as well.
Rebecca also has experience assessing and treating adults that have suffered from Traumatic Brain Injuries or strokes resulting in Apraxia of Speech, Dysarthria and Aphasia. She offers services in accent reduction, fluency and voice therapy as well.
TCI employs ABA Teachers, men and women, who come to us with bachelor’s degrees in education, psychology, or related fields. They also typically have had supervised experience working with young children with special needs prior to their employment with TCI. All of our teachers receive an intensive training course in ABA as well as ongoing supervision by two full time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (www.BACB.com). Some of our ABA Teachers are in pursuit of higher degrees in the field at the Masters level.
