Tuition
The tuition for the TCI 12-month program is $328,180 HKD per annum. This is tuition is billed monthly at a rate of $32,818 for 10 months. Each TCI Student is required to pay an annual capital levy of $30,000 HKD. The program is open for 12 months and families have the option of having their child participate in the 5-week summer program although we strongly encourage all students to participate.
Included in monthly tuition is:
- Full school day from 9:00 – 3:00 Monday through Friday, inclusive
- Full school day from 8:30 – 3:30 Monday through Friday, inclusive for students participating in The Harbour School curriculum, where appropriate.
- Regular assessment of skills
- One to one applied behavior analysis special instruction for about 30 hours per week
- Full time supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Inclusion in The Harbour School where appropriate
- Two progress reports per year
- Clinical team meetings every other month
- Participation in a series of ABA Family Workshops for parents and caregivers
- Participation in a series of Family and Caregiver support groups
- One home visit by the Head Teacher per year
- Consultation with the Director, and other educational staff as needed
- Students have the opportunity to participate in monthly Community Learning Experiences
- Teacher and parent training through formal courses of instruction
- In-situ (hands on) instruction and coaching in the TCI classroom and at your site anywhere
- Individualized and direct instruction by professional Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- One to one special instruction applied behavior analysis will be provided at home (or in our center) on an individualized basis at an hourly rate.
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts will give regular supervision.
- Team meetings will occur to establish consistency in programming and collaboration between professionals and disciplines.
- Family education services to parents and/or domestic helpers may be included in the direct instruction services.
A licensed Speech Language Pathologist may provide Speech Therapy services at additional cost.
ABCS
Asia Behavior Consulting Services (ABCS) are provided for children, families, and teachers around Hong Kong and beyond. We will set up a customized training package for individual teams of professionals tailored to the learning needs of the child, family, and organization. We will provide:

TCI@HOME
As an extension of our classroom instructional services, TCI@HOME Can be provided at an hourly rate. The hourly rate for home and community based services is $650 per hour. The hourly rate for TCI Classroom enrolled students is $500 per hour. We will provide:
TCI S.T.A.R.S.
The total cost of the program is $3500.
The TCI S.T.A.R.S (Social Teaching And Relationship Skills) program is a one-hour per week after school group that focuses on social skills training. The student to teacher ratio is 2:1. There are group size and age requirements for this program. The TCI S.T.A.R.S program is offered over a 10-week period at different times throughout the school year.
